Our Promise

At Victorious Star Ventures, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

It was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
It’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Your order number
A brief reason for the return
A photo (if applicable)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened baby products (e.g. diapers, feeding items)
Personal care items (e.g. toothbrushes, wipes)
Sale or clearance items

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. We only process exchanges.

Exchanges

Need to swap a size? If the item is eligible, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).

Notify us within 48 hours after receiving your package.
The item will be exchanged within 7 working days if it meets the eligibility criteria.
If not, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
